I have read people calling for the manager's head, that he should have retained the players who performed so far below par on Saturday, even total nonsense that he signed Jamal Fyfield without ever seeing him play (he played against us several times!).
Most of the hysteria is just that and whilst it is understandable that people see similarities in last season, we remain well placed for the play-offs having been defeated just twice in the league in the last 13 games. Barring a bizarre turn round in results, Luton have nailed down the only automatic promotion berth. Frankly it was only a matter of time before they got it right given their financial backing and attendance figures.
Town have every chance of a) making the play offs and b) being promoted through them.
As fans we do not have any influence on team selection, formation or even luck and as we surely all want to see GTFC promoted this season there is only one thing we can actually do.

That is to provide unwavering support between now and the end of the season. The noise from the younger elements of the away support was excellent in the last two away games and although it doesn't guarantee results, as proven, it certainly cannot have a negative effect. Keep it up. For the rest of us it is all about trying to be positive and encouraging the team from start to finish, not berating the players for a missed tackled or a stray pass. Will it work?
Who knows, but one thing is certain it cannot do any harm.
In business, successful people surround themselves with similar types. Sometimes in football it is the negative people that shout the loudest. People who want a positive outcome need to ensure they drown out the negative vibes from others.
It is important that GTFC get promotion back to the Football League as early as possible and everyone with any interest in the club doing so, needs to give unequivocal support for the next 3 months
